Airport
From the airport, several different transports are available.Public Transport
There is a bus stop located on the ground floor within the arrivals hall at the airport. For more information, click here.
Taxis
It takes about 10 minutes from the airport by taxi. Take taxi from the taxi rank, which located near from the Arrivals Hall, on the ground floor of the terminal building. More information here.
Rideshare
Rideshare pick-up available from Express Pick-Up Car Park which located at the GREEN Indoor Car Park, ground floor. More information from here.

Walking
The Annual Scientific Meeting will be taking place at the Hyatt Hotel Canberra - the same location as the available accommodation. You only need to take the lift down to the function room!
Public Transport
Canberra offers a robust public transportation system, encompassing buses and a modern light rail network. Parking
The Hyatt Hotel Canberra offers self parking at a cost of $30 daily. There are also 200 off-street car park spaces surrounding the hotel for $15.50 daily - Monday to Friday from 8:30am until 5:30pm. Street parking is free on Saturday and Sunday. For more information, visit here.Visa Information

Processing times are impacted each month by cases that are complex, changes to volume of applications and changes to Ministerial Directions. For this reason, we would advise that visa applications be lodged at least 4 to 6 weeks prior to a person’s intended date of travel.
