Accommodation

The below accommodation rate can only be booked via the conference registration process. If you wish to make an amendment to your accommodation booking or if you wish to add accommodation after you have already registered for the conference, please email asidconference@ashm.org.au with your preferred hotel and check in/check out dates.

The accommodation booking deadline is Sunday 16 February 2025.
All amendments and cancellations after this deadline will need to be made directly with the hotel.

King Bed

Contemporary 41 square metre king room with king bed, sitting area, and generous work desk. Pamper yourself in an elegant Italian marble bathroom with deep soaking tub and separate shower. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Conference Rate: $286 per night.

Terms and Conditions
Guests will be charged a one-night non-refundable deposit for each reservation 60-31 days prior to arrival.

Full payment for all room charges is due 30 days prior to arrival.

The Brassey Hotel

Standard Room
Offering cosy heritage accommodation designed for a single traveller or couple. Rest well in a queen size bed or two single beds with complimentary parking and unlimited Wi-Fi. Bedding configuration can be requested but not guaranteed.

Conference Rate: $190 per night.

Terms and Conditions
At 30 days prior to check-in: Cancellations or reductions of total group room night requirements after this date will incur a charge equal to 1 night's accommodation per booking cancelled. 
At 14 days prior to check-in: Cancellations or amendments to total group room night requirements after this date will incur a charge equivalent to the room night/s cancelled.
No shows: Any no show rooms will be charged in full for the respective room night/s cancelled.
